Alpaca fleece dressage saddle pad

This saddle pad combines the best properties of purely natural cotton saddle pads with the unique advantages of alpaca fleece as padding for the saddle pad :

✔️ Excellent padding : The finely curled alpaca fleece under the saddle pad offers first-class padding between the saddle and the horse. It ensures even pressure distribution and minimizes the risk of chafing. Nevertheless, the rider sits close to the movement and can sensitively influence the horse with weight aids.

✔️ Breathability : Alpaca fleece is known for its excellent breathability. It allows efficient air circulation and prevents the horse from sweating excessively under the saddle. The horse's coat stays pleasantly cool and dry during dressage work, even during intensive training. Since heat build-up is prevented, already inflamed sebaceous glands can heal and new ones do not even form.

✔️ Temperature regulation : Alpaca wool has natural temperature-regulating properties. The wool keeps you warm when it's cold, so that the back muscles are pleasantly warmed up when riding at a walk before training. Used in summer when temperatures are over 30 degrees, it ensures that no heat builds up and that the heat can circulate, which has a cooling effect. This saddle pad can therefore provide optimal comfort all year round.

✔️ Softness and fit : The alpaca fleece is incredibly soft and pleasant for the horse's skin. Since no leather skin is used (the wool is woven into a fleece), the saddle pad is much less bulky than a lambskin saddle pad.
